The Office of Fossil Energy and Carbon Management is participating in the American-Made EnergyTech University Prize (EnergyTech UP) from the U.S. Department of Energy’s Office of Technology Transitions. EnergyTech UP is a collegiate competition challenging multidisciplinary student teams to develop and present a business plan that leverages national laboratory-developed or other high-potential energy technologies. FECM will be awarding a $25,000 bonus prize to teams who develop the most innovative plan focused on carbon dioxide removal.

Register for an informational webinar on December 6 at 3 p.m. ET to hear prize administrators share information about how to compete, provide ideas about energy technologies teams can use to develop their plans, and answer questions from potential participants.
