DOE/FE is concurrently issuing two consolidated long-term FTA and non-FTA export authorizations, Order No. 4010 to Lake Charles LNG Export Company, LLC (Lake Charles LNG Export) in FE Docket No. 16-109 -LNG  and Order No. 4011, to Lake Charles LNG Export’s affiliate, Lake Charles Exports, LLC (LCE), in FE Docket No. 16-110-LNG.  These orders authorize both Lake Charles LNG Export and LCE to export the same volume of LNG, 121 Bcf/yr (0.33 Bcf/day),  from the Lake Charles Liquefaction Project to both FTA and non-FTA countries.  This LNG to be exported by Lake Charles LNG Export and LCE is non-additive.  DOE previously issued granted two non-additive authorizations to both Lake Charles entities on July 29, 2016, for exports of up to 2 billion cubic feet per day of natural gas to non-FTA countries. The new authorizations are for the quantity of LNG produced from optimized engineering and design of the facility.
