Join the University of Maine, industry, researchers, developers, and government agencies for the American Floating Offshore Wind Summit (AFLOAT). The summit will include an address from the Honorable Janet Mills, Governor of Maine, feature presentations from researchers who aim to advance the deployment and integration of floating offshore wind in the United States, discuss gaps for future research, and keynote speeches from offshore industry leaders. Daniel R Simmons, DOE’s Assistant Secretary for Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy, will also provide an opening address on October 30.
