Technical Support and Training Services

FEMP provides technical assistance services and technical resources, in coordination with the GSA Office of Federal High-Performance Buildings (OFHPB) to assist federal agencies in developing and sharing the technical knowledge to successfully plan, design, construct, and operate sustainable federal building practices.

GSA OFHPB and the U.S. Department of Energy FEMP co-chair the Interagency Sustainability Working Group (ISWG) which serves as a forum for information exchange and promotes agency implementation of goals for sustainable buildings. Learn more about the ISWG.

FEMP is currently updating all on-demand technical training courses to reflect the 2020 changes to the Guiding Principles for Federal Sustainable Buildings and Associated Instructions.

Agencies can request on-site, in-person Guiding Principles technical training for their teams. For more information on requesting training, contact FEMP.
