The 38th Symposium on Biotechnology for Fuels and Chemicals will be hosted in Baltimore, Maryland, from April 25–28, 2016 and will be hosted by Oak Ridge National Laboratory. The conference will center on the development of a wide variety of renewable biobased fuels and products. Many members of the Bioenergy Technologies Office will be in attendance, including Deputy Director Valerie Reed and Advanced Algal Systems and Feedstocks Program Manger Alison Goss Eng, as well as Technology Managers Christine English, Jay Fitzgerald, Prasad Gupte, Ian Rowe, and Steve Thomas.
