Join the PowerAmerica Institute on National Manufacturing Day with virtual tours and conversations about cleantech and clean energy manufacturing.
North Carolina is home to many organizations leading the development and production of technologies which are transforming the energy industry. For example, NC State University’s FREEDM Systems Center, leverages its high bay laboratory and other unique facilities to help researchers and industry partners develop and test new products while PowerSecure’s campus in Durham, NC is leveraged to design, manufacture, test and deploy state-of-the-art microgrids.
Participants will have the option to join a breakout room for a virtual tour of FREEDM Systems Center or PowerSecure's campus in Durham followed by a brief panel discussing the unique strengths and opportunities of clean energy and cleantech manufacturing in NC.
