On June 8, 2016, the National Nuclear Security Administration issued a Preliminary Notice of Violation (WEA-2016-02) to Los Alamos National Security, LLC for violations of the Department of Energy’s worker safety and health program requirements (10 C.F.R. 851) associated with implementation of the electrical safety program and a series of hazardous energy control events at the Los Alamos National Laboratory.
