Period of performance is 3/17/23 - 10/31/23.   **NOTE DOE-SR CMD CONTRACT ADMINISTRATORS’ USE ONLY (STRIPES/FPDS DIFFERENT) - Reference Trainer Erick, Hatch explanation on 02/09/2023, the incremental funding should be pulled in from the requisition.  If the CS pulls the incrementally funding obligated amount from the requisition, and input manually, the ceiling value will increase, causing the Not-To-Exceed Value of the Task Order to increase.  The previous CS inadvertently input the funding manually which also increased the ceiling.
