The DOE Zero Energy Ready Home (ZERH) ERI Target Procedures require that an approved software rating tool shall be used to calculate the ERI value of the DOE ZERH Target Home Design. This ERI value shall be calculated using ANSI/RESNET/ICC 301 including all Addenda and Normative Appendices, with new versions and Addenda implemented according to the schedule defined by the Home Certification Organization (HCO) for ZERH under which the home is being certified.
