Types of Paragraph Reference Blocks

There are many different types of Paragraph Reference Blocks in the Energy.gov CMS that will you help you add specialized content to a page. See below for more information: 

Contributor 

The Contributor Paragraph allows you to display a Person node that has been created to display biographical information about an individual. This is often used to identify the person who contributed to the content displayed on the page. Learn more in our article on Contributor Paragraphs. 

Blockquote 

The Blockquote Paragraph allows you to input and display text from an external reference. Learn more in our article on Blockquotes. 

Calendar

Calendar Paragraphs pull in Events and can be used to display events in a list, month view, or upcoming view. Calendars can be configured to display Events that match desired Taxonomy filters. Learn more in our article on Calendar Paragraphs. 

Listing 

Not to be confused with Listing Nodes, Listing Paragraphs are perhaps the most common and versatile type of paragraph reference block. Listing Paragraphs can be used to curate a list of links. You may create a dynamic listing, static listing, or file listing. Learn more in our article on listing paragraphs. 

Data Table 

Data Table Paragraphs enable you to upload a CSV file directly to display in the table format on a page or article. Learn more in our article on Data Table Paragraphs. 

Email Subscription Form 

Email Subscription Form Paragraphs may be used to link users to existing subscription forms. Learn more in our article on Email Subscription Form Paragraphs. 

Featured Item 

Featured Item Paragraphs are used to highlight another node or External Resource. Learn more in our article on Featured Item Paragraphs. 

Photo Gallery 

Photo Gallery Paragraphs enable you to reference a group of displayed photos as a single photo gallery node. Learn more in our article on Photo Gallery Nodes. 

Podcast

Social Media Post 

Social Media Post Paragraphs may be used to embed posts from Social Media outlets such as Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter. Learn more in our article on Social Media Post Paragraphs

Statistic
