SUBJECT: Further Extension of the National Interest Action code for COVID-19

SUMMARY: GSA has extended the end date for the National Interest Action (NIA) Code established in the Federal Procurement Data System (FPDS) to track the acquisition costs of the multiple Federal agencies involved in the response to COVID-19.
The FPDS system details for this NIA Code which were originally provided in policy flash 2020-19 and updated by policy flash 2020-34 and 2020-47 are further updated as follows:
- Code: P20C
- Description: COVID-19 2020
- Start date: 03/13/2020
- End date: 09/30/2021 (new extended date)
