SEP Energy Performance Improvement Report 2017

DOE maintains documentation of Superior Energy Performance® (SEP®) certifications as the SEP Administrator.

SEP Verification Bodies that certify facilities submit the SEP Energy Performance Improvement Report to the SEP Administrator. The SEP Verification Body provides basic information about the energy performance improvement, how it was achieved, how models were applied from the SEP Measurement and Verification Protocol, and verifies the accuracy of the claims made by the facility on the SEP Application form. The SEP Administrator uses this report to confirm if a facility should be certified and to recognize SEP certification.
