This Native Learning Center course reviews federal legislation and regulations relevant to recipients of federal grant funding.
The training will provide the information needed to navigate and interpret the Native American Housing Assistance and Self-Determination Act of 1996 and the numerous federal guidelines and regulations (operational, financial, and compliance) of the Office of Management and Budget Uniform Guidance (2 CFR Part 200) and the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development Native American Housing Activities (24 CFR Part 1000).
