The Economic Development Administration (EDA) recently issued a $20–$25 million funding opportunity announcement (FOA) seeking a Network Operator to build, launch, and operate the Economic Recovery Corps program. The organization or coalition selected for this award will work collaboratively with EDA to create a well-structured, feasible, and scalable fellowship plan with a 5-year period of performance.
