DOE issued a Notice of Noncompliance Determination to Weihai finding that the external power supplies, which includes basic individual model numbers HAS042123-E1, HAS042123-E2, HAS042123-E3, HAS042123-E5, HAS042123-E6, and HAS042123-EH does not comply with applicable energy conservation standards based on DOE testing. Weihai has represented to DOE that it has ceased distribution in commerce of all mentioned basic models pending its review of its testing.
