DOE and Perlick Residential & Hospitality Products entered into a Compromise Agreement in which Perlick agreed to pay a $5,000 civil penalty after DOE found that Perlick had manufactured and distributed in commerce in the U.S. model HP72ROO-S, a noncompliant refrigerator. The Compromise Agreement reflected the settlement terms between DOE and Perlick.
