DOE notified ASKO Appliances, Inc., by letter that DOE believes ASKO dishwasher model D5122XXLB may violate federal minimum standards for energy efficiency, based on testing performed as part of the ENERGY STAR® Verification Testing Pilot Program. DOE anticipates issuing a test notice related to ASKO dishwasher model D5122XXLB, in accordance with 10 CFR 430.70.
