A survey is being conducted under the Department of Energy Fossil Energy and Carbon Management Interagency Agreement DE-FE0027608 to create tools to inform future risk management frameworks for coal combustion residuals (CCR) impoundments. Respondents are asked to review technical descriptions of CCR impoundments and draw on their expertise to make judgements about risk.
