A simplified overview of the Employee Concerns Program (ECP) process:

  • Employee is encouraged to seek resolution with supervisor or through existing systems
  • ECP receives concern
  • ECP identifies method

Method 1.  Transfers informal resolution > Dismissal > Close Concern

Method 2.  Investigation or Referral (Interview and Review of relevant documents > investigation report with conclusions and recommendations > advise Management>close concern
