This checklist is to assist individuals who have received an abnormal Beryllium Lymphocyte Proliferation Test. The checklist informs these individuals with the steps to take in regards to filing a compensation claim under the Department of Labor-administered Energy Employees Occupational Illness Compensation Program and in scheduling medical monitoring for Chronic Beryllium Disease.
