The Peer Exchange Network will empower Alaska communities and native Alaska villages to develop effective tools to increase the use of reliable, affordable, and energy efficient solutions that are replicable throughout Alaska and other Arctic regions. The Network will provide an information sharing platform for the 64 Community Efficiency Champions (CECs) in the effort to reduce per capita energy usage by 15% by 2020.
