Jocelyn Brown-Saracino is the Program Manager of Market Acceleration & Deployment for the Wind Energy Technologies Office. In this role, she crafts the strategic direction of the environmental research portfolio and supervises projects aimed at measuring, mitigating, and sharing information on the environmental impacts of land-based wind, offshore wind, marine renewable, and hydropower technologies. She holds degrees in Marine Science from the University of New England and Biological Sciences from Smith College.
