The Northwest Energy Efficiency Alliance (NEEA) includes more than 140 utilities and energy efficiency organizations working on behalf of more than 13 million energy consumers to increase the adoption of energy-efficient products, services, and practices. NEEA works to identify and remove market barriers to energy efficiency and drive permanent change throughout the supply chain using a formalized market transformation approach. Since its implementation in 1997, NEEA has helped save enough electricity to power over half a million homes each year. Through the alliance, utilities and energy efficiency organizations pool their resources, thereby sharing the risks and costs to advance energy efficiency. In turn, these organizations and their customers directly benefit from the advancement of sustained energy-efficient market change.
