April Ladd is PPPO's Site Lead at the former Paducah Gaseous Diffusion Plant site in Kentucky. Ms. Ladd is a PMP-Certified Project Manager and a certified Federal Project Director with over 15 years of experience working complex projects in the nuclear industry. In her current position, Ms. Ladd oversees the deactivation and remediation program at the Paducah site. She was formerly the Federal Project Director for Stabilization and Deactivation activities at Paducah. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering.
