Former Regional Intergovernmental and External Affairs Specialist, Office of Congressional and Intergovernmental Affairs

Most recently Royce was the National Regional Organizing Director for the New England Region for the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee (DCCC). He has spent the majority of his career in electoral organizing, beginning as a field organizer in Wisconsin for Sec. Hillary Clinton in 2016. Shortly after he worked on Senator Tammy Baldwin's re-election campaign as a Regional Organizing Director for the Wisconsin Democratic Coordinated Campaign in 2018. In 2019 he served on Wisconsin Governor Evers' transition team and joined his administration as the Governor's Director of Operations before leaving to join Vice President Kamala Harris' campaign in New Hampshire as the Deputy Organizing Director. In 2020 he joined the Biden-Harris campaign as the New Hampshire Digital Organizing Director. 

A native Chicagoan, he is a graduate of Tulane University, earning a dual degree in Political Economy and English Literature.
