
Raymond RedCorn, who also goes by "Studie," serves as a policy analyst for the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) Office of Indian Energy Policy and Programs.
Before joining the Office of Indian Energy, Raymond served the American Association for the Advancement of Science as a science and technology policy fellow, working in the U.S. Senate with tribes and municipalities on issues related to energy and the environment. Raymond has a decade of experience helping utilities solve water and energy challenges through construction, engineering, research and development, and policy.
Prior to working in public service, Raymond was a post-doctoral researcher and instructor at the University of Washington. He received a Ph.D. in agricultural and biological engineering and an M.S. in ecological sciences and engineering from Purdue University, and a B.S. in civil engineering from the University of Kansas. Raymond is a citizen of the Osage (??????) Nation, and a member of the Gentle Sky/Peacekeeper (???????????) clan. His family is from the (???????͘) district near Pawhuska, Oklahoma.
