This Flash provides the updated Acquisition Guide Chapter 71.1 Headquarters Business Clearance Review Process (Aug 2021). Revisions include the addition of useful subcontract consent review practices and guidance and clarifications to the Contractor Purchasing System Review (CPSR) waiver request process.

Contracting Officers should review the changes in order to familiarize themselves with the Business Clearance Review process changes associated with these revisions.
