Joel W. Seymour retired from Southeastern Power Administration on August, 29, 2020 after more than 60 years of federal service. Mr. Seymour served the entirety of his federal career at Southeastern. In recent years, he was the Assistant Administrator of Human Resources and Administration. In this role, he was responsible for personnel, information management,
contracting, and agency administration.
