SUMMARY: The President has issued an Executive Order closing all executive departments and agencies of the Federal Government on Wednesday, December 5, 2018 as a mark of respect for George Herbert Walker Bush.  Contractors in fulfilling the terms and conditions of their contracts should treat this day as they treat other Federal Holidays under their contracts.
