Matt Dozier is a Digital Content Specialist in the Office of Public Affairs. He covers renewable energy and climate change topics for Energy.gov, telling stories that explore the Energy Department’s work toward a sustainable energy future.
A California native with degrees from U.C. Santa Barbara and Johns Hopkins University, Matt joined the Energy.gov team in March 2015 following an eight-year stint as a writer, editor and social media coordinator for NOAA’s Office of National Marine Sanctuaries. Ocean conservation still holds a special place in his heart -- right next to craft beer, space exploration and Arsenal F.C.
