The Integrated Joint Cybersecurity Coordination Center (iJC3) provides 24/7 situational awareness of evolving cybersecurity threats, operational status, and associated risks to DOE Mission Essential Functions. iJC3 identifies, develops, and operates flexible, coordinated capabilities and platforms enabling defensive cyberspace operations, advanced threat analytics, and critical cyber incident response across the DOE Enterprise. DOE Order 205.1B Chg 2 requires that all Department of Energy elements, the National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA), Program Secretarial Offices, and other DOE organizations with access to DOE cyber systems report cyber security incidents to iJC3.
The iJC3’s vision is to become a trusted stakeholder in the whole-of-government framework, capable of providing timely and accurate cybersecurity and situational awareness and incident response.
iJC3 programs are focused on improving threat information sharing, critical infrastructure awareness and protection, active defense, and incident preparedness and response.
