DOE issued an Order and entered into a Compromise Agreement with American Power Solutions, Inc.  American Power had not certified compliance with the energy conservation standards for a general service flurorescent lamp it advertised on its website as manufactured by American Power. American Power notified DOE that it does not manufacture, import, or private label this model, but instead purchases it from GE and MaxLite.  The Order adopted a Compromise Agreement, which reflected settlement terms between DOE and American Power.
