This memorandum forwards changes to subject DOE Technical Standard, DOE-HDBK-1110-97. The changes were made as part of the Office of Worker Protection Policy and Programs updating the Word Processing software used to develop and maintain the document (i.e., conversion from WordPerfect to Word).
