Registering as a reviewer allows OTT to identify you as a potential reviewer for funding opportunities. Registering does not guarantee selection as a reviewer. OTT will contact reviewers with relevant expertise based on the needs of specific programs and solicitations. In addition, DOE must ensure that selected reviewers do not have conflicts of interest (COI) for a given opportunity and will require that all reviewers complete a statement attesting to the absence of COI prior to reviewing applications. Conflicts of interest can vary by opportunity and will be determined at the point of selection, so please register even if you may have a conflict for a particular opportunity or program.
