To Whom It May Concern,

As a concerned citizen, I implore that Executive Order 13290, to secure the Bulk Power System, remain in place. It doesn't make sense to have countries who threaten our security produce equipment for our security system. Have American companies, who are actually concerned about our national security, make the equipment necessary for our protection. Thank you for your time.
