Apply for Early Administrative Funds
The purpose of this funding is to help states and territories prepare to apply to Home Energy Rebates programs funding and begin developing their programs. This ALRD allows states and territories to apply for up to 2.5% of their total allocations from each of the Home Energy Rebates programs, capped at $2.5M. If you apply for funds from this ALRD, then that amount is removed from the total allocation the state/territory may access through the full Home Energy Rebate program funds ALRD.
