Sandie Raines is a Special Assistant for the U.S. Department of Energy. She was previously the Deputy Digital Organizing Director for the Michigan Democratic Party during the 2020 general election, as well as a field organizer in Iowa for Senator Elizabeth Warren’s presidential campaign. Raines is a former professional runner and has represented Team U.S.A. in international competition. She holds a B.A. in Psychology and All-American athletic honors from the University of Texas at Austin.
