Paula Gold-Williams, Past President & CEO at CPS Energy and Keystone Policy Center Co-Chair:

Paula is a nationally and globally sought-after leader who is recognized for her expertise in energy trends, innovation, and leadership development. While CEO of CPS Energy, she led more than 3,000 team members with the vision she has coined “People First,” whereby the company created and delivered value to its customers, community, and employees into a new age of energy solutions. Paula is a strategic visionary and innovative adapter who continues to Co-Chair the Keystone Policy Center, an organization that urges leaders to work together to find collaborative solutions that deliver lasting results. Paula also serves on the board of ReNew, a company headquartered in London with renewable energy projects across India. Additionally, she continues to serve on Dentons Smart Cities & Communities Initiatives & Think Tank. Previously, Paula served on the boards of the Electric Power Research Institute (EPRI); Texas Public Power Association (TPPA); and the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas, San Antonio Branch. Multiple honors have been bestowed on Paula, including being named the inaugural Chief Trailblazer of the Year by S&P Global Platts in 2019, the Woman of the Year by the San Antonio Business Journal in 2020, and a Global Power & Energy Elite member by Smart Energy International in 2021.
