Adrianna Quintero is Energy Foundation’s first Senior Director of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI), where she designs and leads EF’s efforts to ensure the organization's culture, policies, and programmatic work embody and reflect a commitment to equity and inclusion. Adrianna began her career as an attorney for the Natural Resources Defense Council where she pioneered work to increase awareness and advocacy around the disproportionate impacts of pollution on Black, LatinX, and communities or color. Adrianna is an expert on the importance of increased Black and LatinX leadership on climate and clean energy, and the importance of equitable engagement, partnerships and collaboration, in delivering equitable outcomes for those most impacted by climate change.

She received a B.A. from the University of Miami and a J.D. from Boston University.
