Bill Clark is a retired boilermaker with a wide range of experience both in his professional career and as the owner of a water-, gas- and oil-drilling rig, which provided firsthand insight into environmental issues. Bill graduated from the Tennessee College of Applied Technology with certification in combination welding. He completed the boilermaker apprentice program and radiation and fissile worker training. He now is a Master Beef Producer providing freezer beef.

Bill previously served on the Morgan County Commission from 1986 to 1990 and has an interest in environmental and county/city governmental issues. He lives in Oakdale in Morgan County.
