    The U.S department of energy and the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission enter into this Memorandum of Understanding to set out their respective coordinated roles under existing authorities as lead federal agencies for activies related to teh resource assessment and interconnection planning project funded by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009.
