We were one of the first ENERGY STAR-certified builders in our market and building to the DOE ZERH standard for 100% of our homes continues that legacy. We’ve incorporated a prepaid solar lease on 100% of our new homes and partnered with a local wall panel company for offsite framing. We don’t track metrics on whether these things increase traffic … we simply believe all homes should be built to these standards.”
