Western Area Power Administration (Western) issued a draft EA that assesses the potential environmental impacts of a proposal to own, construct, operate, and maintain a new communications facility located adjacent to an existing, privately-owned facility near Crossman Peak, in Mohave County, Arizona. The proposed action consists of a communication facility, a prefabricated equipment shelter, and associated infrastructure.
