The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) is proposing to provide funding to the Wisconsin Office of Energy Innovation through the Energy Innovation Grant Program to purchase and install photovoltaic (PV) solar systems at public buildings, schools, and a university, along with a private and tribal owned business. Many of the sites include an educational component, and one school would also complete energy efficiency upgrades, as part of the project.
