The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) is proposing to provide funding to Washington State University (WSU) to investigate the doping efficiency of Cadmium telluride (CdTe) and Cadmium selenotelluride (CdSeTe), as potential absorber materials for thin film photovoltaic (PV) application. Thin films would be fabricated, incorporating the targeted dopants into the films. All project work would be completed in a single Budget Period (BP).
