The U.S. Department of Energy, Richland Operations Office, proposes to provide the Washington State Department of Transportation a temporary construction easement, and upon completion a permanent easement, for the exclusive right of ingress and egress access to the Hanford Site for the sole purpose of installing, operating, and maintaining a proposed State Route 240 Roundabout.
