Monolith Semiconductor, Inc., in conjunction with X-Fab Texas, Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, United Technologies Research Center, and the University of Arkansas, proposes to conduct laboratory based, small-scale, research and development activities for silicon carbide switches for power electronics systems, including solar photovoltaic inverters, industrial variable speed motor drives, electric vehicle inverters, and fast electric vehicle chargers.
