Oak Ridge National Laboratory, in conjunction with University of Tennessee- Knoxville and SAFCell, Inc., proposes to conduct laboratory based, small-scale, research and development activities to develop a solid acid fuel cell stack that integrates a novel SAFC electrode and a natural gas reformer.
