Bonneville Power Administration proposes to replaces obsolete 2.5 inch expanded line conductor on the John Day Powerhouse-John Day Number 1-4 transmission lines from structures 1/2 to 4/3 (John Day Substation). The total corridor width, which is shared with other transmission lines, is 1,100 feet. It is anticipated that lines Number 1 and Number 4 would be completed in 2014 and line Number 2 and Number 3 would be completed in 2015.
