The Department of Energy is proposing to provide federal funding to the State of Oklahoma - Department of Commerce - State Energy Office under the DOE's American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (ARRA) State Energy Program (SEP). DOE ARRA funding was used to establish a Revolving Loan Fund Program. Oklahoma State Energy Office proposes to provide a loan from this fund to Kapin LLC to purchase and install compressed natural gas fueling station and vehicle conversion equipment.
